Scope written before money moves.
Mission
We plan, build and run digital work that compounds — marketing, content, web, app and lead generation, held to the same published pricing and the same reporting, every time.
How we got here
ProWave started as a two-person studio doing website rebuilds for local businesses that had been quoted vague, shifting prices by three different agencies. We kept the scope-first habit as we added services: every engagement still starts from a published package or a written quote, not a conversation nobody wrote down.
What makes us different
Pricing, written down
Every package lists what you get, how you are billed and how long it runs — before you ever talk to us.
One team, seven disciplines
Marketing, content, web, app, social, SEO and lead generation run from the same brief and the same calendar, not seven separate vendors.
No invented numbers
If we haven't verified a result, we say so. Case studies here are sample content and are labelled as such.
Scoped, not open-ended
Minimum commitments and delivery timelines are set upfront so neither side is guessing at what "done" means.
How an engagement runs
Brief
A short intake call and a written brief covering goals, constraints and budget range.
Scope
We match the brief to a published package or write a fixed-scope quote.
Build
Work runs against a shared calendar with weekly checkpoints, not a black box.
Review
You see drafts before they ship. Feedback rounds are counted in the package terms.
Hand over
Assets, access and documentation are handed over — nothing stays locked to us.
